REBOOKING POLICY
  • Rebooking within three months from the date of purchase 
NO SHOW POLICY
  • Failure to arrive at the Hotel will be treated as No Show and no refund will be given
CHILD POLICY
  • Maximum of one (1) child, 0-9 years old, provided using bed with parents, are free of charge
  • Second child shall be charged Php 1,000 per room, per night

Voucher is valid from the date of the purchase to March 31, 2024.
Prior reservations is required at least 7 days before desired stay via call or email.
To redeem voucher, guest shall send an email to reserv@belmontboracay.com.ph with preferred stay dates, contact details, and other requests. 
Copy of the voucher and government issued ID shall be presented upon reservation for verification purposes.
Mandatory fees during super peak dates shall be settled accordingly.
Booking is subject to room availability.
Booking on super peak dates and room upgrades are subject to room rate difference fee and shall be settled upon check-in.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other on going-promos and discounts of the hotel.
Other hotels incidental charges and services will be charged separately and must be settled upon check out
Voucher is transferable but non refundable and not convertible to cash.
Guest shall present Letter of Authority and copy of the government-issued identification card should reservation be transferred to another person.
